SASANIAN KINGS. Khosrau II, 590-628 AD. AR Drachm (3.40 gm; 33 mm). Sunrise 979var. Standard issue, reverse, fire altar with attendants, mint "NIH" Nihavand or Nahre-Tirak to the right, year 19(?) to the left. Mint abbreviation seems to have been re-engraved over and older mint. Choice EF.
