ARAB-SASANIAN. Æ Unit (0.51 gm; 15 mm). obverse, facing forward figure of Khalif wit Byzantine style garb, legend to the right "MWHLWPN" (Mohalaban?), reverse, diety with radiating halo (same style as those of Khosrau II facing forward and Anahit or Bahram diety), mint "ST" (Israxr) on the right and legend GDH and APZUTI to the left. Gyselen Type 23. Red patina. Choice EF. Extremely rare.
