ARAB-SASANIAN. Khosrau II style. Æ Unit (2.31 gm; 20 mm). Obverse, Khosrau II style bust turning left, phrase "Rayej" in front of face (mirror image strike), reverse, Arabic/Kufic Shahadah in three lines and mint abbreviation "ST" for Istaxr at the forth line. Reddish patina. Choice EF. Of highest rarity in Arab Sasanian coinage series.
