ACHAEMENID EMPIRE. Time of Artaxerxes II - Artaxerxes III. circa 375-340 BC. AR Siglos (5.72 gm; 15 mm). Sardes mint, Persian king or hero in kneeling-running stance right, holding dagger and bow, quiver over shoulder; banker's punch, countermark on obverse field / Incuse punch. Carradice Type IV; group C, pl. 15,49; BMC 176; Sunrise 36. Well struck on a nice broad flan. Well centered. Choice aEF. Very nice example for the issue.
