ROMAN EMPIRE. Elagabalus. 218-222 AD. AR Antoninianus (4.66 gm; 22 mm). Struck in Rome, 219 AD. IMP CAES M AVR ANTONINVS AVG, radiate and draped bust right / FIDES EXERCITVS, Fides seated left, holding eagle in right hand, standard in left; standard before. BM 107; RSC 28a; RIC 67. Lovely strike on a nice full flan. Choice Superb. Lightly toned with some minor original green patina.
