KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. (38/7-2 BC). AR Tetradrachm (14.62 gm; 26 mm). Mint = Seleucia on the Tigris; year 310 SE (2/1 BC), month = off the flan. Diademed bust left, wart on forehead / Phraates seated right, receiving wreath from Athena standing left, holding scepter; pellet below throne, date (year) and (month) in exergue. Sellwood 52.5 var.
