KINGS of PARTHIA. Tiridates (29-27 BC). AR tetradrachm (14.67 gm; 27 mm). Year 285 SE, month Gorpiaios (August 27 BC). Diademed bust left, no wart on forehead / Phraates seated left, holding scepter and Nike, who crowns him with wreath; pellet and (year) below throne, (month) in exergue. Sellwood 55.4 (Tiridates); Shore -; Callatay 79-86; Sunrise 397var. Some grafitti on the obverse field. Choice Good VF. Toned.
