Æ unit (9.99 gm; 29 mm). obverse, Type known as “Ardashir and Shapur”, Ardashir wearing Persis crown and Shapur wearing Parthian crown, reverse, stand alone fire altar. SNS-1 Table 17: 237-238; Gobl, Plate 2 # 20. Nice original brown reddish patina. Choice VF. Extremely rare in any condition.
