SASANIAN KINGS. Shapur I, 240-270 AD. Æ (3.29 gm; 19 mm). Mostly known as eastern issue, obverse, Shapur's bust turning right with standard crown but with earflap behind the ear, reverse, fire altar with attendants. Struck on a broad flan. Choice Good VF. Nice original find patina. Rare.
