SASANIAN KINGS. Khosrau II, AD. 590-628. AR Drachm (4.10 gm; 32 mm). year 33, mint obliterated however the style of portrait is that of the mint "BBA" (Court at Ctesiphon). This is an intriguing piece, the obliteration of the mint which has been erased heavily from its standard location might indicate the coin was minted post Sasanian and during the Arab Sasanian period where the court was no longer in existance.
