TABERISTAN, Sulayman ibn Musa, 787-789 AD. AR Hemidrachm (2.27 gm; 23 mm). Facing forward portrait with face of the portrait replaced with geometric shape of lozenge (Diamond) and phrase "Bakh" in Kufic (Wonderful and admired) within it, phrase "NYWK" on the 3rd quarter, Reverse; fire altar with attendants, mint TPURSTAN (Tabaristan) on the right, date: 137 to the left. Lovely strike. Choice FDC. Fully lustrous.
