SASANIAN EMPIRE, Ca. 4th. -5th Century AD. Stamp Seal (6.86 gm; 28 mm x 22mm x 6mm). Two suspension holes on either side. Legend: yw’r(?) gosh(y?) = Yaawar Gosh; Helper of Gosh.“Gosh” is the deity that is the protector of live stock and four legged animals. In Zoroastrian Calendar it is the 14th day of every month. This deity is also called “Drvaspa”. Some minor chipping and normal wear, otherwise excellent condition.
